Part-Time Marketing + Office Manager
As Marketing and Office Manager, you will work with the END Studio team on marketing and business development, support project design work, and handle day-to-day office management and administrative tasks. The position will be structured as approximately 24-32 hours a week, in person in our Detroit office and some flexibility for remote work. Pay commensurate with experience level.

Requirements
The right candidate will be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, a creative thinker, and have the ability to manage a variety of tasks. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with clients. The candidate should have a strong graphic sensibility and a working knowledge of social media, print portfolios, and other marketing media.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: identify leads, create new client relationships, craft proposals and RFP responses
- Marketing: social media posting and monitoring, periodic website updating, compile portfolios and marketing documents
- Administrative tasks: attend staff meetings, monitor incoming inquiries, schedule management, coordinate with bookkeeper and accountant, run monthly reports
- Office management: organization, supplies, general office tasks, etc.
