Work in progress for an Ypsilanti ranch renovation. The design opens up the house to create a flowing, open living/dining/kitchen space centered around the re-imagined fireplace. A new opening steps the kitchen down into to the existing sunroom, allowing for a larger kitchen and breakfast nook with lots of natural light, while the bathroom design pairs warm wood slats and subdued white tile to complement a punchy patterned orange floor.
