Design in process for the renovation of an abadoned party store to house a flexible space for art and performance, radio and recording booth, commercial kitchen, and café marketplace. The design aims to preserve the vintage party store vibe while creating a space that is fresh, new, and highly adaptable, riffing on and remixing the ubiquitous vinyl tile floor, wood paneling, fluorescent light panels, and neon awning signage.
