Design for a Nonprofit Youth Hub in Detroit. The new headquarters will provide a flexible, safe, and welcoming space for a variety of meeting and engagement types, ranging from one-on-ones to daily youth activities to community gatherings or conferences.   The design investigates the balance between connection and safety to create a welcoming and empowering environment. Organization, flow, flexible spaces, and interactive interfaces will be explored to maximize functionality and adaptability for all of the nonprofit’s myriad initiatives.
