Design for the new headquarters for an existing childcare business. Spaces and classrooms dedicated to infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers incorporate playful explorations and child-scale details to create a welcoming and engaging educational environment. The central interior space, lit by skylights above, is transformed into a soft and spirited playscape by emulating the outdoors with custom play pieces and new material techniques. The basement houses school-age after school programming and a multipurpose auditorium and event space.
