Designs for a warm and welcoming customer-facing takeout counter, casual dining area, and full commercial kitchen for an existing food truck business. The punchy and considered design incorporates elements, like thatch, woven goods, and bamboo, from the owner’s personal collection. The two tone paint scheme is a clean but confident backdrop for the artwork while the breezeblock wall maximizes the tropical aesthetic. A rounded metal framework showcases the owner’s basket collection amidst an array of minimal pendants; emphasizing the project’s intention of providing a well intentioned and joyful space for collectivity and casual dining.
