Design and drawings for a long-awaited addition for Ceramics School, a ceramic-centric community art school and artist residency program in Hamtramck, Michigan. Ceramics School enables accessible contemporary art education through classes, studio access, and public programing.

After five years operating in the current END Studio designed, under-1,000-square-foot footprint, the new addition provides more spacious, dedicated spaces for kiln firing, glazing, and clay making. This makes functions of Ceramics School's education and artist residency programming more comfortable, flexible, and able to serve even more members of the community.
